10 Ways to Improve Your Smile
- If you think that your teeth are too dark or discoloured we can lighten them by bleaching. This is a simple treatment that is carried out at home, is pain-free and can produce amazing results.
- Unsightly or misshapen teeth can be disguised and made to blend in with your other teeth with veneers. Or, we can change them to give you that smile you've always wanted.
- If you have old fillings or stains that are visible when you smile, we can make them invisible (or very nearly!) with composite restorations.
- Big old silver amalgam fillings often become unsightly. We can replace them with tooth coloured restorations.
- If you have missing teeth, certain problems can occur other than the obvious one of spoiling your smile. There will be movement of teeth nearby which will affect your bite and then probably the gum health. We can replace missing teeth with bridges, dentures or implants.
- Do you enjoy wearing a denture? If you would rather be without one there are techniques available such as implants and bridges, which can mean an end to uncomfortable and embarrassing dentures.
- Are the tips of your teeth, or your gums not level? Often, quickly and painlessly and without the need for anaesthetic, we can level the tips of the teeth to drastically improve your smile. Also if your gum-line is not even and level we can alter the gum position. Both of these treatments are forms of cosmetic recontouring.
- Do you have denture which look and feel false? We can, in the majority of cases, produce natural-looking cosmetic dentures for an improved appearance and better bite.
- If you have twisted or crowded teeth it is never too late to improve them. We can arrange for you to be seen by a consultant who will advise on any orthodontic treatment that is available to improve your smile.
