Treatments at the day spa

We offer a variety of treatments, ranging from Aromatherapy and soothing herbal eye masks to a variety of massage techniques. For instance, we offer a hot stone massage in which heated stones are strategically placed on parts of your body. The heat provided by the stones is not only relaxing in and of itself, but also warms up tight muscles, thus allowing your masseuse to work more deeply. We also offer a deep sport massage, a form of therapy which is perfect for treating areas of chronic tension such as your neck or lower back. In a 2005 issue of Consumer Magazine, 34,000 people ranked the deep sport massage as being a more effective form of relief from osteoarthritis pain than physical therapy, prescription medication, exercise and acupuncture.
