In the past, braces were clearly visible. However, there are now lots of discreet options available, including:
Invisalign, Clearstep and Perfect Clear: these clear aligner treatments use specially-made, transparent plastic aligners to correct minor and moderate orthodontic issues. The aligners are virtually invisible when they are placed over the teeth and they can be taken out when you eat and brush your teeth for added convenience.
CFast, Damon Braces and Six Month Smiles: these fixed brace systems offer a more discreet alternative to traditional fixed braces. CFast and Six Month Smiles are made from clear brackets and wires, while Damon Braces are much sleeker and smaller than traditional fixed braces.
Lingual braces: lingual braces are fixed braces that sit behind the teeth to enable secret treatment. These braces offer the reliability of fixed braces and the innovation and invisibility of clear braces. With these braces, you can smile and speak without anyone knowing that you’re wearing a brace.
The Inman Aligner: the Inman Aligner is not invisible like Clearstep and Invisalign. However, it is a very discreet option and it works incredibly quickly. All that is visible when you smile is a fine metal bar.
